Many of you have joined us at consultation events since we started to develop our plans in 2017. We have reached out to you again and launched this website to keep you informed as we finalise our plans, and provide you with an opportunity to speak with the project team.
At every stage, it has been important to us to not just focus on the provision of new office space, but to take a holistic look at how we can incorporate beautiful architecture, quality public realm, and cutting edge sustainability to ensure we deliver a lasting benefit to the City.

We first consulted on plans for 33 Creechurch Lane in 2017, holding meetings with local people and running a public exhibition to display the plans. Since then, we revised the scheme in a number of ways, reducing the height by removing two storeys, refreshing the design to respond to the local context and incorporating new sustainability measures.
